I can’t say I have had a pleasant experience with this company. I see a review stating, “They sell defective cheap equipment.” Well, I purchased a Mitsubishi system which I would have thought would be quality. The outdoor unit was delivered damaged off the Meier truck. It had a big scratch and dent in it. It took Meier a month to deliver the warranty paperwork and it was not even complete. I had to call Meier to remind them of that. Still an outstanding issue after two months actually. I also called the warranty company and they acknowledged Meier did not submit the information correctly. One of the indoor units constantly crackles. The installer has been attempting to work with Meier on the fix but that has gone nowhere. I was told it’s not the responsibility of Meier to register any equi

UPDATE:wanted to take a moment to thank Tyler Mitchum of the Stroudsburg Pa branch for his dedication. Recently we had a job scheduled for a Tuesday we didn’t realize until the Saturday before that we hadn’t ordered the equipment. Luckily we had their emergency number. Tyler came out on a Saturday to sort out and place my order. First thing Monday morning Tyler went out to Scranton and had my order to me before 12pm. If Tyler didn’t make all this possible we would have had to reimburse our client for the 2 days he blocked out on his rental property to do the installation. The guys said it is a great place and I had to review it. So I did. Now that I have I can honestly say it is a place I regularly go to for equipment and normally minimal delay. They may or may not have ice cream

Place is extremely helpful. My go to hvacr distributor. Guys at the store treat me like family. Cant give them enough respect and credit. If in refrigeration give them a shot
