Our sprinklers were installed by this company years ago before we bought the house. The previous owners did not have issues and overall the system works fine (2 stars for that), but they dealt with the original company owner who recently retired. Unfortunately, we were forced to deal with his son who is unresponsive and unprofessional. The relationship finally ended when he quoted us 3x what our plumber charged to fix a simple spout issue and then ghosted us altogether when we chose to go with the more reasonable quote. We switched vendors and couldn’t be happier to be done chasing this guy to service our system every season.
