I am very happy with the service I received from the Melbourne Roofing staff. They were very professional, prompt and cleaned up all debris thoroughly. I was happy with the estimate and highly recommend this company.

We live in a manufactured home that needed a new roof. We called several roofers and the estimates were astronomical. Finally someone told me about Melbourne Roofing, as they do mainly manufactured homes. Came out promptly and estimate was very reasonable. We hired them. We feel they did an outstanding job. Replaced the roof and all the vents. They came promptly, and completed the work in just a few days. They did seal the flat roof, as it was leaking through the seams. We have had it sealed several times before and it never lasted. It did not last this time either. So we hired someone who put strips over all the seams and then sealed it. Voila, it worked. Everyone I know who has a flat roof with seams has leak issues. No sealing will take care of the problem. I highly reco

It took them 2 months to do my roof. It failed inspection 3 times. They ordered the wrong roofing supplies. The roof leaked and it took them 2 weeks to come out and fix it. I had to go on the roof 3 separate times to supervise them. The roll down roofing tar is peeling up and the roof isn't even a year old. They were suppose to replace the rotten wood. After looking over the house it was not replaced. The owner blew me off and never came back.

I would HIGHLY suggest you be careful in doing business with this company. The owner personally told us they would be doing a complete tear off and replacement of the old roof as well as the wood underneath. We paid extra to get the double thick shingles as well. A few years later we started having problems and another professional roofing company showed us that Melbourne Roofing had actually shingled over the old roof on the backside of our roof when no one was paying attention. We called the owner to confront him and he never showed up and would not return our calls. Buyer beware.

Our experience with Melbourne Roofing! The main section of our house is shingled and the other section is flat. To begin, they took off all the exhaust fan vents and skylights then started to tear off the old roof. In the process, they swept all the debris, roofing paper, gravel and roofing nails directly into our house through the openings. We tried to tell the crew but none of them spoke English. The owner, MR Jackson of Melbourne Roofing had left them alone all day with no supervision. We cleaned up the initial mess but they just kept sweeping the debris down into our house. We spent 4 hours continuously cleaning. The exhaust fans were full of debris. We had to take off all the covers on the inside of the house to clean the ducts.
