Marvin is our go to person for everything we need to improve our home. He’s done all of our painting inside and out, all of our bathrooms, tiled and remodeled, and now we’re working on tray ceilings and adding beams and woodwork. He’s reliable, professional, and the best there is.

We purchased condo with flooded floors so we needed to replace them. We saw excellent Marvin’s job in the same apartment complex so we decided to hire him for this job. He did his job perfectly and made some extra repairs inside our condo unit. We definitely highly recommend him as a contractor for all types of home repairs. Jozef

Marvin and team had a challenging job with large areas and connected rooms. They removed existing carpeting and replaced with vinyl flooring and trim molding around rounded shaped transitions. After removing the carpeting they noted some areas the floor beneath was not level. Instead of rushing to complete the job and laying flooring over those areas, they first leveled the floor. Team cleaned up everything and left our place like new. Thank you Marvin and team. We are very happy - amazing job.

This is the second time Marvin and his crew have painted my home. They did excellent work, power washed, fixed cracked stucco, painted house and doors. Came home to a cleaned up yard and neighbors said they even covered my car in plastic to prevent damage. Highly recommend Melendez Premier Services.
