Dawn at Meli Company is amazing. Always handles any issue with urgency and the company is lucky to have her. She has more than once made sure everything was as its supposed to be , really appreciate her and her great efforts to keep everything as it should be. thank you DAWN!!!!

Coming here to complain, I lived in Rutherford for the last 12/13 years same apartment and since May of 2025. I pay my rent on time every month as well! I've been complaining about my kitchen sink almost collapsing because it moldy n water is just coming down from the top of my sink, some of my windows are broken they don't say up n also don't go up. My tiles are all lifting because they are sticky tiles (cheap) I've called the office spoke to Kendall he was willing to help me get everything fix but 2 days later I call for him n Steve told me he is no longer there. Oh wait I haven't had an oven since May because my oven stop working back in May. Ridiculous ridiculous this is unbelievable and terrible. Since Robert stop taking care of the building the building is no longer in good condition

There is a yield when merging onto Rt23 South from Rt287. Maybe you should follow traffic laws and not flip off drivers who do. Very unprofessional.

Meli Plumbing/HVAC provides exceptional service and quality work. They found the root cause with minimal exploration and fixed my plumbing issue (toilet leak) which extended into my basement. I found them to be honest and fair which is extremely important to anyone requiring a repair estimate. The plumbers were very respectful and cleaned up everything. As a nurse who has limited time off , they were very accommodating to my schedule and I was able to go to work on the same day instead of taking a whole day off waiting for service. I really appreciated their service and I am happy to have found a permanent provider for my plumbing/ HVAC needs.

Dont rent a property that contracts with this place. Poor/ Horrible Staff, Gross buildings plus infestations. Diddnt care to help tenets during Hurricane Ida and they make up stories to try to make you move out. Overpriced Apartments. Will steal your money. Needs new management.
