We had a fantastic experience with Melo Roofing, especially Louis and his crew. From start to finish they were extremely professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly took pride in their work. Louis did an excellent job leading the team and making sure everything was done right. They kept the job site clean, communicated well throughout the project, and the quality of the finished roof looks outstanding. It’s clear they care about doing the job properly, not just quickly. The whole project went very well. Luis' crew was here early and all the prep work was done quickly. I was kept well informed by Jesus, the site supervisor. Every half hour or so he checked in with me to show the current progress. The complete roof installation was finished in a timely manner. The final clean-up was also completed professionally by Luis' crew. I appreciated the consistent updates from Jesus as to their progress and what each step entailed. Start to finish, the project was very well done.

Melo Roofing did a 5-star job from the initial contact all the way through the post project feedback session. They were very communicative throughout every phase. The price was in line on what we expected to pay, and the work was completed in one day on our house. I will recommend Melo to anyone who is looking for a new roof. A roof replacement in February? Yes Melo pulled it off. Everything looks good. New roof new soffits and a new fan installed. The crews were efficient and effective in the cold weather. Everyone on site was friendly and positive. The communication during the process was great. Overall at this point I’m very pleased. Now all we need is some warmer weather. I’m sure when the snow melts there will be more clean up needed but it’s expected.

Great direct communication support team for crew is exceptional “Jesus” relaying questions and informative. This was no regular job water damage improperly reroof ~30yrs ago and improperly ventilated. Being a contractor and being in the business 35+ years I was head spun by how worked in a diligent cycle even with the change orders for unseen water damage “a lot” and in close of day house was 98% redone day two promptly again at 7am crew was ready to roll metal work and dressing of last bit of process for finished roof “weather alert rain in your area “ crew stay and finished metals and rehung gutters with better hangers amazing! Totally pleased
