Melo's Hardwood Floors recently sanded, stained and finished all of the hardwood floors on the first floor of the house. Manny was a joy to deal with...prompt, personable, professional, impeccably honest and direct, flexible and patient. He kept us informed every step of the way, and his timeline from beginning to completion was exactly what he had predicted. Price was fair and reasonable, and the floors look like they were just installed! His crew - John & Jared - professional, personable, did an amazing job, answered all of my questions, and reflected well on Manny! I had called multiple companies. One came out and never showed or answered my texts. So I made an appointment with another guy and the day of had an excuse for not showing. Put me off to another week and the day before canceled again. Melos came out a week later when he said and got the job done in 5 days. I would recommend highly. Just like the other review, there were others who didn't show, or just said no, because I'm on the second floor. My floors were old, scratched, with holes and nails. Now, they are gorgeous! You communicated well and showed up on time. I highly recommend Melo's Wood Floors.
