HORRIBLE. DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR APPLIANCES! Brian Garcia came out and didn’t fix the issue yet lied about it. We then called in to inform them of issue and they sent the same Brian Garcia out who then broke my machine by shoving a screw driver into the lock area to busy door open!!!!! I’ve called in and was supposed to receive a call back from a “higher up” but have not heard from anyone. I will be contacting my lawyer Monday.

Mel's was contracted through my extended warranty company. Technician, Banisher, was very knowledgeable, in fact more knowledgable than the Samsung technicians they initially sent for a Samsung Dishwasher. On time, great communication, and extremely helpful.

Mel’s Appliances was the designated repair company from our appliance service warranty company, Select Home Warranty .They called and scheduled a service call quickly after contact from our warranty company. They showed up on time and handled the repair efficiently. Problem solved, easy to work with, responsive, called on weekend even!! We are satisfied and pleased customers.

I don't know where all these bad reviews are coming from, but I am totally happy with the repairs. Brian diagnosed the problem quickly and when the parts came in, he was here the next day. I watched him do the repair and he knows what he is doing. when I called to check on the parts, the lady was polite and she gave me the information I needed. Everything she said came true and my washer is fixed. Now I know why the reviews are so bad. The day after my washer was repaired, it broke again so I started another claim. The repair guy came out 10/3, looked at it and said he would order parts. Two weeks later I called to check on the parts and they said it was repaired on 10/3 - it was not. I needed the timer knob on my dryer replaced, and it was under warranty from Lowe's. (That's a whole different issue!) Brian Garcia came out and took the push start knob off and put it on the timer. Said he would order the part. A month to the day later, no word, no knob. I'll order the darn thing myself off amazon! Mel's appliance in awful! Lowes warranty service is awful.
