Contacted Mel's cleaning Service to get carpets cleaned, and floors stripped and waxed. They showed up the next day and gave me a quote which was spectacular. Since then it has been nothing but a lack of communication, and constant no-show. Both Mel and Cory have had my number and apparently one was sick last week, and now the other is sick this week, which somehow prevents the work from getting done. Aside from the work getting done the lack of communication has been horrible. I have now, not once, but twice wasted employees time and company time moving furniture in and out of the office space for the cleaning due to the lack of communication. Extremely dissappointed, and highly do not recommend just for this reason. A little communication goes a long way.

Our business partnered with Corey to soft wash a pool enclosure for one of our clients, and they did an amazing job! Super professional, showed up on time, and left everything looking spotless. It’s not always easy finding companies you can trust to take care of your clients the way you would, but these guys did a great job. Highly recommend!
