Hey so I've been to order pickup dozens of times, always had great interactions with helpful people, usually young guys, so I was surprised with how I was treated today. From the moment we asked for help, the attitude from the older lady and older gentleman was noticeably negative. I was picking up a fridge and arrived in my Subaru after measuring everything and confirming it would fit out of the box. Instead of offering assistance, they responded with doubt, dismissiveness, and zero willingness to help. Well, we unboxed it ourselves, loaded it, and took it home without any issue. You choose what attitude you bring to each situation and I did not appreciate how I was treated today. So I’m giving 3 stars, 3 for the people who usually take care of me, and -2 for the grumpy people today. Hone

I’d like to give a big 5 stars to Ty in the plumbing department! He was very helpful, patient, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. Thank you, Ty, for your excellent service! Unfortunately, our interaction with Jayden in the yard was disappointing. He was rude, spoke in a completely monotone manner, and didn’t even make eye contact. It came across as though he didn’t want to help. When saying “hello” the response was “yup” Overall, Ty made our experience great, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service in the yard.

Pick up is in the very back, right corner. Austin and Morgan (?) Helped find 2 packages and dug for a third item that came in the morning shipment. They were efficient and very fast! I wrote down their names on the back of the paper I showed at the exit ( having never done this before), and they took it. They made it very easy for a first-time customer while my husbanddoes this all the time! Lots of great summer displays throughout the store!

I like to say 5 stars for Cathy Kathy in plumbing we were just there trying to get our door and 5 pieces of paneling out it was super winding she took the time and helped us even load our stuff thank you Kathy we appreciate you much enjoy your. Day

Why do you have 12 checkouts? I have never been in here with more than 4 open. You could at least rip some out and make space for a line instead of the heap that you have to stand in because there is no space. I walked by 5 people in blue vests or Menards shirts not doing much. How about you pull from other departments when it gets busy. Maybe once one of the 2 open checkouts goes to a flashy light, call someone up to run a register.
