Horrible customer service. Had a vanity ordered and didn’t know where to go when we went to pick it up. Drove up to the gate and guy just tells us to go in. When we asked where to go to he said read the signs rolled his eyes and closed the door. Couldn’t simply give us any sort of directions , or simply just be nicer about it??!! Considering the fact that I just spent a good amount of money you could be nicer to your customers. Won’t be back. I’ll take my money to Home Depot or Lowe’s next time.

Terrible experience buying countertops all around. From the start of someone helping me put it into a program and getting it ordered to getting counters home (every damn one of them was wrong even tho I ordered templates). Would receive anywhere but here

I used their in store pick up on an order for the first time for my convenience when I was in town. There is no signage up front telling you where that is. So I stopped at the front desk. They told me I had to walk to the very far opposite back corner to pick up my order. There is nothing wrong with my legs, but how in the world would you call that convenience when you literally have to walk the entire length of a huge store to pick up your order. Then I had to stop at the checkout counter up front to leave, where I asked for a printed receipt, because they told me in the back they couldn’t do that. Checkout counter tells me I have to go BACK to the service desk again at the entrance to get my receipt. I literally had to walk a huge rectangle for all this when I thought I’d be popping in f
