Vince responded to my text within minutes and was at my door less than 48 hours later. I was amazed at how friendly Vince is, how quickly he works, even with two flights of stairs, and how spotless our carpets look now. This was a great experience. The owner, Vince, is a great guy and really knows his business. He knew what my carpet was made of and how to best clean it & at what temperature, which I didn't know before and was one of the reasons why we needed Vince to come out and stretch our carpet and trim the excess.
