You know as a professional carpet cleaner having a job driving 4 hours to McCook, NE, I thought the decent thing to do is change from my dress pants to jeans bought there. While I was doing that after purchasing carpet cleaning supplies. Someone thought they bought exactly what I did and started making there way through the store. I couldn't find them running around and the security was tight from front to back. That the mistake cleaning supplies was left all in the cart and the person walked away from their mistake. Lessons learned Menards staff are super friendly and they will do everything they can to help. Even if you're upset and needing to get on the road. Menards is a treasure to me. Never thought something like this would happen to me after years and years of bringing money to this location. A cart came out of the bay and hit the side of my pickup and they called that a natural accident caused by the wind. I guess your personal property isn’t safe shopping at big stores when windy. 🤦🏻‍♂️ They sure are happy to take your money and business but not when is time to give back and take responsibility for cart neglecting.

This store is very structured and very understandable. I never hade problems with their customer service. Sometimes in the evenings you need to wait for help, but during busy hours perfect! Rebates are very helpful. You can buy anything you need there.

Shame on the practice and the general manager. Went to buy a Christmas tree. Picked the perfect. Loaded it up and went to pay, rand up wrong. The cashier stated this has been happening the whole weekend. The general manager went and checked the price and acknowledged they were tagged incorrectly. Wouldn't honor. So tell me, how many people paid the wrong price and didn't notice?? Why not honor your price? And if it happened att weekend you had plenty of yes to correct. Very disappointed in such poor ethical sales practices. Home Depot from now on.

Keira is an awesome cashier. She is always sweet and greets you with a smile on her face. When we go there we make sure to check out in her lane because she always makes it a pleasant experience.
