The people are nice enough, but the pickup policy is crazy and invasive. It’s the worst of any store I’ve shopped at. I’m not even sure it’s legal for them to search your car like that. Their policy is to hand you your items at the pickup counter, and then you have to have the ticket and items checked again before you are allowed to leave the store, meaning you have to allow the employee at the gate access to the inside of your vehicle so he can see and count the items. You cannot leave the outdoor pickup with your items without allowing them to see into your vehicle. The guard was apologetic, but I still feel that my right to privacy was violated. My husband and I were shopping at Menards in Gaylord yesterday afternoon when he fell near the Service Desk. The staff immediately came to his aid. They were so kind and made sure he was okay and cared for. We were able to finish our shopping and everyone we encountered was very helpful. Than you so much. You must be very proud of your wonderful employees .

Horrible return process. First off, the lady who runs the return counter is zero help. She needs to learn how to smile every now and then... She acts like your stupid when you tell her you don't have your receipt. Secondly, they cant just scan your card and then scan the item you're returning like EVERYONE else does.. They send you to some outdated machine where you will spend the next 20 minutes scrolling through transactions to find the correct one (if you can find it). Ill shop at the other big name stores in town. You don't even want to know the process to return anything large like a interior door.. Its 2025.. get with the times.

When I visit my daughter who moved there 2 yrs ago I went there with my husband and fell in love with the place. I just wish that they would open one in Pa near Allentown Pa or NJ they are better than Lowe's and Home Depot. Great Store.

Cannot ever find what I’m looking for without asking for help. I even come prepared with my phone showing the location but it’s never there. Sometimes I feel like you hide the cheaper products so people are tricked into purchasing the more expensive ones.
