I was here for early morning Black Friday shopping, it was a little more disorganized than last year. I kept getting pointed in different directions for items. Finally I found someone who took the time to walk me to the items I was looking for. Kristi was so pleasant and bubbly for the 6am craze! Thank you Kristi!

Went to pick up a few things for a job and the experience was the worst I've ever experienced. The employees in paint were missing, the redhead in plumbing was condescending, I was looking for a specific tool attachment and the female manager was the most uneducated and rude individual I've encountered in my lifetime. How can you run hardware if you know nothing about the items you sell? Is that pregnant manager returning to hardware? She knew her stuff and wasnt afraid to say she didnt know and would look it up to find the best product. If not, my menards trips will be ending unless I need lumber. The bearded guy at the lumber desk was the saving grace of my trip. He actually knew what he was talking about and walked me right to the ideal materials.

The paint department has abysmal customer service. Employees are very unapproachable and act as if helping customers is an inconvenience. I had basic questions and felt ignored and unwelcome. Definitely needs some improvement.

I prefer shopping at Menards to Fleet Farm and I am basically satisfied with their products and customer service. I just don’t like the way the checkouts are backwards now and having to get a rebate and jump through hoops when they could just offer lower prices in the first place.

I needed a gold strip for carpet edge. Kati was so pleasant and helpful. So many stores today have forgotten what customer service is. She brought back memories of days past.
