Menards

Menards delivery was top notch. They moved heavy items into my house. Menards has two exceptional men - Matthew and Raoul who communicated the delivery process, placed the items in the location needed and were extremely pleasant. The delivery was well worth the extra money paid for the service.

We purchased our entire kitchen here and were very excited. However, the designer who helped us select the cabinets mismeasured and we didn't figure it out until it was too late. The store did not take any accountability and we have spent at least 20k the last few months. If you want - bad customer service - to feel like you are in the wrong when requesting help - to simulate going through airport security just to pick up an order in the back - to walk around the entire store for an hour trying to get assistance - and to never be able to locate previous orders because of their systems This is the place for you. Otherwise I would completely avoid it at all costs

I really like shopping at Menards. Store is laid out well and the associates are helpful and friendly. I was more than a little dissapointed at the checkout isle though, when totaling up several purchases for over Three Thousand Dollars that they discontinued the 11% Rebates a week and a half ago. Not blaming them. Just me for not knowing this. The prices although, still were competitive and unavailable at similar stores, and we had already started the remodeling, or I would have not bought them! I'm satisfied with the purchase, but will be a lot more cautious with my shopping next time!

Staffs were helpful when I stopped to ask where things were located. Store was very clean. Bathrooms were located at the exit/checkout. Looking for an item on-line, I was able to check the store location and find it in-store quickly. Overall, I would shop here again.

I frequent the store quite often. They finally have a legitimate toy section for my toddler now. 10/10
