Menards

This isn't the first time I've shopped at Menards this year. And I've once again been convinced that the service here is much better than at Home Depot. Thank you, Joy, for helping me choose doors and locks today. You also placed a custom order for me. All I have left to do is pay. Which Home Depot didn't do. Thank you, Joy! I wish all stores had such attentive employees!

Yesterday I went and bought a TV stand with the fireplace. Went back to the to pick it up to find out. It was a special order not coming in till next week. When I was under the assumption it was in stock. The manager said his hands were tied. There was absolutely nothing he could do for me. He told me if I returned it was a25% Restocking fee. I didn't want to pay that I didn't make the mistake, but you signed the paper Stevie, I thought I was signing that that if I had to return it, there would be a restocking fee, not that if I changed my mind on ordering it, because it wasn't there on the day I came to pick it up and was told it would be here. 2 people at the store lied to me, he said it will be there next Wednesday. I think he's a liar, but until Next Wednesday, come that is not verif

We like to shop at Menards. It has something for both males and females. The poinsettias were exceptionally nice this year, and the Christmas area looks beautiful! This Menards is very well organized, and you can buy almost anything you need here. They sell power tools, hardware, dog food, flowers, snacks, fuses, plant seeds, milk, pizza, toys, faucets, hammers, nails and much more. I always leave this store with more than I came for, so does my husband. There is lots of parking here too.

Our kitchen remodel had a crazy amount of mistakes. These mistakes were made by Mohammed and Menards. When we approached Menards they told us to send in a written complaint and they would take care of us. After mistake after mistake and listing all of the different things they did incorrectly, we go a letter back stating “it is not Menards problem” and we will not be compensated or helped with anything. This is after our kitchen took us 2 and a half months longer to install because of COUNTLESS MENARDS MISTAKES. You ordered things wrong, knew our measurements and still suggested and gave us wrong sized items and then failed to take any responsibility for any of it. This is absolutely ridiculous and very poor business. I will be reporting this to the BBB

If I can't find something just have to go around a corner or wait a few minutes and an employee shows up. They have always been polite and very helpful.
