I purchased 7 gals of lacquer thinner only to find out it must have sat on the shelf too long and turned yellow. This affected the out come of my project as it even states on the internet. Be careful what you purchase. Laquer thinner is supposed to be clear.

Do NOT buy anything you have to order. I will never order anything from this place again. We bought an expensive fireplace to have when our family comes into town. We received it and the box was damaged. We expressed concern but the associate told us that if anything should happen to the contents inside we can bring it back and exchange it. Well, we got back home and there was substantial damage to the fireplace. We were disappointed as we need the fireplace to hold our TV up. But we understood that things happen. When pricing a shower kit the only help we could get at the plumbing desk was, “I don’t have that drain setup on hand,” followed by a 40 yard stare. The web site for the Rapid City location reflects 2 of that setup on hand, but we quickly made a decision to make that purchase elsewhere. We picked up the additional items we needed ourselves, and then made a $750 purchase from a competitor.

I usually hate going to big corporate box stores, but the Menards here is really good. They have a great selection for very low prices and I've actually gotten good help from the employees there. They never give me a hassle when I have to return something either. Good job guys and Gals!

Very great full for the he helpful folks working here. Everyone I encountered was more than friendly, knowledgeable, and all round helpful. I was surprised to find that the shelves seemed empty. Some things like small tubes of almond colored call weren't available. Prices are fair and seemed on par with other stores selling comparable items. Over all my shopping experience was good.
