We had a fabulous salesperson at Rolla yesterday. Her name was Mianna and she was very knowledgeable about the washers and dryers. After we chose a set, she followed us around the store helping us pick up the accessories we needed. In addition she helped us receive a discount for the dryer as it had some minor damage. Not only was she extremely smart and knew her products, she went above and beyond and had an extremely nice and helpful personality. You are lucky to have her working in your store!

NEIKO at Lowe’s was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through our project, helped us figure out the best approach, and made sure we were set up correctly. He also warned us about certain vinyl hoses that are not safe for use with drinking water, which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Kinda strange how every time I buy something on sale that’s “in stock “ with multiple quantities I get a text shortly afterwards saying due to an inventory issue it gets cancelled but if I buy something online and have it shipped to me that’s also on sale I receive it. Could they be buying it up themselves? Calling in a friend? Or just lying and not even trying to fill the order? It’s happening literally ALL the time. No way the inventory could be that off.

Drove from Columbia to check out a clearance mattress they had 9 in stock (no isle listed on site). Person within that area could not locate them even with his handheld. Went to customer service desk and they gave me the isle location, but it was not there. Returned and they provided no alternative option to locate, so I jokingly said should in place an order online to see if they could figure it out?... And the counter girl said that would be easiest..... So I did, and they filled it in about an hour... Why was it so hard to get customer service in store?

If.you need propane read in advance how many gallons go in your propane tank. These clowns are shorting you on filling you tanks. Menards employees are not knowable about propane and just give you what they think is correct.
