Sales Representative was very nice and helpful. We were able to find the lighted outdoor tree and purchase it easily. This tree was the soft and warm light color we wanted. It also twinkled. It looks so beautiful in our backyard.

Tim in the millwork department absolutely rules. Not only did he call me back, but he was beyond accommodating. I needed a specific handle set for a custom storm door, and he literally walked the floor with me on the phone, checking the sample door in real time. Customer service these days can feel… well… like customer “service-ish.” But today? Tim at the St. Paul Menards restored my faith. Thank you, Tim!!

Order pickups ate at the back of the store, you are no longer allowed to pull up in the back thru the lumber yard. this is unacceptable. in addition, something that I ordered for pickup when they said my pickup was ready was not here and the only equivalent they had in store was five times the cost. this is total bait and switch. Menards needs to fix this or I'm taking all my business elsewhere. Scott, in order pickup gave me a whole bunch of attitude and addition and I don't appreciate it.

I went to this Menard's with Bob to pick up some stuff we needed for our business. It was HUGE, like a flagship store, had SO much stuff, was very clean and organized! Every employee that I saw was smiling and seemed eager to help. We rode up the moving walkway to the 2nd floor, which is always fun, and found everything we needed. Everything on our list was in stock and we even found the perfect drawer system for our daughter's dorm room. Best of all, there was a live pianist playing a grand piano! It was incredible!

Prices are great. They sell absolutely everything. It's super hard to find anything though, and the help is less than great. Cashier got snippy with me when I nicely asked how much my heater rang up as.
