I walked up to Paul in plumbing and asked where the copper fittings were. He waved his arms wildly and said all around you. I said ok could you be a little more specific? He said very sarcastically "well they are over there and over there and over there." Then he just looked at me. I shook my head and began looking. Finally found what I needed. I Went to the paint department, as I was looking around Paul shows up pretending he has some business there. Then after surveying my cart he asked me if I found what I needed in plumbing?strange he didn't ask me that when I was in plumbing. So now I asked the young lady in paint if she would shake a can of paint. She just looked at me annoyed and said is this the one. Very unfriendly to me. She wasn't doing anything. Came to menards in the store was fine, came out to pick up wood and plaster walls, went into lumber yard was greated with " YA ALL NEED SOMETHING?" Gave hi. The slip and he said ya you can get tge plaster and wood and then come back" No direction on where it might be might gave been signs but it was dark outside, poor costumer service!!

Recently purchased a generator that turned out to be defective. Tried to return same day and refused to do so stating it goes against there return policy. They wouldn't let me do an exchange as well. Didn't apologize and refused to help now stuck dealing with manufacture. Stick with Runnings or Home depot they honor there returns.

We were looking for parts for our outdoor shower on our RV Steve in parts was extremely helpful. He took right to the parts we were looking for. He even suggested we purchase them and try them out. If not the correct parts to bring them back. Great customer service!!!!

Menards is perfect for ordinary families who want to build or remodel but don’t have a massive budget. Back between 2019 and 2020 my husband and dad built our home in 13 months using almost exclusively materials from Menards, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Also, I’m not sure if it’s specific to this location or not, but our kids absolutely LOVE the way they set up all the Christmas trees each holiday season at Menards. They get so excited to run through “the Christmas tree forest.”
