Mendez Painters Incorporated

This was the third time that I painted my house. I hired Mendez Painters this time and they did an amazing job on both the carpentry and the paint. The time that they took to properly prep (sanding, power washing, proper time for primer curing, etc.) will ensure that this paint job will last for years and years. They also took great care not to trample the plants around the foundation! I am very happy with the job that they did.

Mendez Painters did an excellent job and had the best quality communication which is a hard combination to find. The preparation was very high quality and the detailed approach was even more than I expected. They paid such close attention to everything and even let me know about a rotted corner of my roof fascia that they then took care of. My house went from being old to being new! I already recommended them to 2 coworkers.

Mendez Painters did a great job preparing and repainting our house. They put a lot of effort into scraping and power sanding areas with loose paint and multiple layers of old, cracked paint. After the primer dried for a few days, they sanded again with finer grit paper. They carefully masked off windows, roofing, foundation areas, etc to avoid overspray when spraying or rolling primer, then white trim, then yellow siding. They also laid out all of the shutters on plastic sheeting and sprayed them after I did various repairs. The Mendez team is friendly and very hard working.

I recently had Mendez Landscaping do a refresh of my front yard shrubs and landscaping. I’d already hired them to paint my home as I’ve seen the quality work they do. Shrubs needed to be removed (there 20+ years) and flowers beds cleaned & mulched. They did a great job & done in one day! As a bonus they cleaned up my front walkway!! The house looks so much better!! I would recommend hiring them for any landscaping jobs you are considering. Great work at a competitive price!! Also, as expected the paint job was stellar. Best one we’ve gotten done in our 26 years here. Carpentry work also well done. House looks so much better! Here are before/after pics

Florentino and his crew at Mendez Painters did a phenomenal job painting our house. We are so happy with the results. All phases of the process were handled professionally and with open communication. They arrived when promised and were very detail oriented during prep and painting stages. Mendez also did a great job replacing some trim boards and adding some additional trim plates behind our exterior lights. I have already recommended Florentino to a few people, including work clients and I intend to use Mendez Painters for other projects over the winter.
