They did some MAJOR clean up at my yard and I couldn’t be happier!! I put it off for years, and they came in. My house finally feels like a home. So grateful for them!

They do good work however they are very shiesty with billing. You get an estimate for one price and get billed twice as much......STAY AWAY SHIESTY PEOPLE

I contracted with Mendoza to do a spring cleaning, then every other week yard maintenance. Apparently, Mendoza contracts out the clean up crew and those guys were amazing. They did a great job. BUT the maintenance crew showed up ONCE - then GHOSTED. I’ve reached out many times but never heard back from them. I know two other people in Irmo who use them and they’re showing up only occasionally and when they do and trim the hedges, they don’t clean up the clippings which lay there turning brown and encouraging pests. One time they showed up and did the wrong yard even though they’ve been doing the man’s yard for over a year. Save yourself a lot of trouble and STAY AWAY from these people. And I thought that paying their higher prices would guarantee a professional job. Not even close.

Enjoyed working with the Mendoza team. They provide our biweekly service and do a terrific job. They have also completed some hardscaping for me which has come out great!! Would definetly reccomend them for either weekly serivce or hardscaping

Walked by these guys with my dog and they blew all the leaves and dirt right in our faces with high powered leaf blowers. Literally all in my eyes. I was blown away. Literally and figuratively. Unreal
