Horrible service and overpriced. We have corrosion on the top of water heater from electrolysis on the copper pipe. Provided full details of the issue with photographs (attached) ahead of the appointment. Jim came out to look and give an estimate. Did not bring a single tool into the house. Spent most of the time sitting in his truck saying he was “calling the office”. Then came out and spoke a couple of sentences about electrolysis and took down the serial number of the tank which was already provided to the office prior to the appointment. Billed $280 for 1.5 hours for no real work. The bill shows work performed. The tank is only 2 years old as photo shows but Jim wrote incorrectly 3:5-4 years on the bill. Very High priced and refuses to get estimates.... I was charged $650 to change the filters under my sink from my water filtration system in my house!! Absolutely outrageous. I figured I would try a new plumber I was paying $200 in the past for filter changes from another plumber. When asking how much would it would approximately be to change and swap out a new toilet they refused to give any idea of an estimate and prefer the customer to be surprised on site. They said they have no idea what it costs to change out a toilet. I think that's absurd and ridiculous. Not thrilled with my TWO experiences

Our water tank split while we were on vacation and we immediately reached out to the Menillo team. They were at our house the day we got home and talked us through our options. We opted to go with a tankless unit and the whole process was seamless. The team was on time, courteous, professional, and super helpful. Would definitively recommend!

Was not happy with the quality of service. I had them out to replace a leaky relief valve. Fast forward to the next year it’s leaking again. They come out again, spend maybe 5-10 mins looking at the system and quote me a nearly $1000 pressure package replacement. At that point I had another company come out that actually performed a thorough diagnostic and isolated it to a faulty expansion tank which they replaced for only a few hundred. Just didn’t get the sense the Menillo crew cared to be thorough

ETA: Had Mennillo out yesterday for an emergency job, and the technician was just as excellent as my first experience with this company. Mennillo fixed my problem (a very scary dripping ceiling!!) very quickly and efficiently for a more-than-fair price. Original review follows: Excellent, detailed service technician who explained all of the changes that he was making and had all of the required parts ready to go in his van (I was even able to choose between different faucet price points). I highly recommend Mennillo based on how well they addressed several different plumbing issues inside (and outside!) my home.
