Received a new home orientation for my HVAC system from Russell Fitzhugh. Russell did not assume I knew anything about the system and we started from there. It as very helpful because I had no idea how the new systems worked. I went from elementary knowledge to high level knowledge on the system. I know how the damper system works, high tech thermostat works. And how to complete maintenance. Happy Happy.

Great technicians and excellent customer service. We contract with MEP for maintenance and their attention to detail is outstanding. We recently had a matter regarding a switch in our furnace and Greg Babcock was resourceful in making a possible complex matter very fixable. We respect Greg’s ability and integrity. Thank you!

Edit to include recent follow-up from MEP: I didn't get to choose MEP, the people who built my home did, but my interactions with their home services have been routine and poor ever since. MEP installed HVAC and plumbing in my home including the water heater, but seem to have no interest in ensuring that amount was functioning properly since they left the construction site. On day one (move-in day) the water heater didn't function properly. One service call got it working for a few months before it failed the same way. Another call, another few months, same problem. On the third service call, I was told by tech that we need a new water heater and sent me a quote. Why am I buying a new water heater when I never got a properly-functioning one? I fixed it myself with a new thermostat and call

Absolutely love MEP! I own a business located in an older building so we usually have random HVAC issues at least 3-4 times a year. Each time an issue pops up, I call MEP and I am never disappointed! HVAC issues of any kind are stressful and disruptive and MEP shows such empathy, care, and urgency for helping us as quickly as possible. We have never experienced such all around great service from any other HVAC company. From the admin side to technicians, everyone at MEP is awesome. I tend to speak with Kat regularly for our scheduling needs and she is wonderful. All of the MEP technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and punctual but Greg deserves a special shout out.
