Mercier Carpet

After months of searching in "Department Stores", for Kitchen Flooring, I went to Mercier Carpet in W.S., MA. ONE visit, and Nicole knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. She is exceptionally Knowledgeable and Pleasant. The floor was very professionally installed, and it looks fabulous! Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Mercier Carpet has it all. Quality product, and very helpful, knowledgeable employees. You certainly don't get that quality & service in "Department Stores. My only regret is that I didn't go there FIRST. Love my floor.

Great shop Doug and Chuck were really helpful/knowledgeable on picking out what vinyl I needed for my church and even did a great job on the install. Been a few months now and the floor is in great condition even with high foot traffic. Highly recommend!

Mercier carpet is great to work with. I've used their services for my clients commercial renovations and my own home. Their team is top notch. They stay on schedule and the place looks amazing when they are done. I don't hesitate to refer them to frienda, family or clients.

I needed to contact them again to see if they could change the flooring in another part of our house and realized I didn't rate them for the last time they did work for us. Nicole was very responsive and helpful, we felt we got a decent price for what we had done, and the installers were very good--professional, thorough, and when I questioned part of the carpeting layout, they sought to ensure I was completely 100% satisfied. Obviously looking to have them come back!
