They have you bid a property like we did, we had to mow and trim a acre, change locks weatherization the house take 1000 pictures and buy ourselves the locks and hub locks and put them on and then we bid them 400 they said 375 we said okay and they paid 240 they make you do so much stuff for next to nothing, the hub lock and the door lock and dead bolt was 60 by itself we had to pay for that and put on and move all kinds of trash on top of all that the pile we got was over 3 feet. Cause you have to measure everything. Don't waste your time it's not worth the headache.
