Meridian Floor Covering

Very poor experience working with Debbie from Meridian Floor Covering. We had walked in with a sample board from another floor covering store. We were wanting to go with a herringbone pattern and specifically were wanting to avoid large wide tiles as it looks odd when done with one. The board itself had larger tiles on the front and some smaller tiles on the back. Debbie was shown the smaller tile on the back and was asked if she had it available. She said she did and a large order was processed. It turns out the tiles on the back were just for sample colors cut down into a smaller size and were not an available size. Once the large order was finally picked up and delivered to my house for installation, I immediately knew the size was too big. We called to get it resolved and were told tha

Awesome customer service! I did my shopping and no one would answer or new the answers. Chris Fenton Did awesome answered all of my questions with knowledge and explained everything. His installers were top notch group of people took pride in there work. Mom had wished she would have gone to him she absolutely loves my flooring that I did. I have done business with Joe Waite many times over a very long period of time.
