From the initial consultation to the final touches—and even after the project was complete—they exceeded our expectations at every turn. Clarifier: This review is specifically for their "pool opening" service. The staff is wonderful, and I've never had an issue with anything else. I put "opening" in quotes because the end state of this service is nowhere close to reasonable expectation. It is incredibly misleading. From opening my pool myself or researching what all others show as well, I expect the pool to look ready to swim in, clean and clear of all debris and algae (minus whatever balancing is needed). At a cost of at least $325 and maybe one hour of work, I am still left with all the same work needed to do if they had never even shown up. It's borderline false advertising to call it an opening. It is merely a starter at best. Or is it wrong for me to expect to have at LEAST a clean pool for $325?!

Danielle is by far one of the best project managers I have ever worked with, both personally and professionally. Danielle is simply incredible!
