While we were on a trip to deal with the death of an immediate family member, several large snowfalls caused a very serious roof leak (in Newburyport, MA). We were desperate to stop the leak by getting the snow removed from the roof. We called Merrimack Valley Roofing and were so pleased. Everyone was sympathetic and incredibly responsive. By the next afternoon, they removed two feet of snow. The price was very reasonable, but it was the professionalism, friendliness, and quick response that was wonderful. Highly recommended!
