Very happy with new Rinnai wall furnace. Previous unit lasted over 25 years but needed replacement. Pilot not only provided a new updated unit with a perfect footprint with the old one but installed it in 1.5 hrs. Oh and did I mention, did it all for $1660 dollars less than the nearest competitor! Cleaned up workspace nicely afterwards and were very professional throughout. The owner said, "Well beat anyone's price." They sure did and with timely service as well.

My hot water heater completely died today and started leaking all over the floor. I called Pilot Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, and I’m so glad I did! Even though it was the day before the weekend, Mike went the extra mile and sent a team out around 5 PM with a new water heater, which they installed that same evening. The two technicians were fantastic — friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They even took extra time to make sure all my faucets were working properly and cleaned up everything before they left. When our boiler died suddenly leaving us without heat, Mike came out that same day to diagnose the problem. Two days later he and his team performed a full replacement to restore our heat before the weather turned frigid again. Thanks to Mike for his prompt work; I would highly recommend Pilot Plumbing!

With the cold temps setting in, my heat has been struggling to keep up. Last week my boiler failed and shut down. Mike came by that night to diagnose our issue, the next day Mike and team were at my house, first thing in the morning with a new boiler heating system.
