Colin and his partner came out for a repair within an extremely short same-day window for a fairly serious issue and within a couple of hours had my folks up and running with a replaced pressure reducing valve and brand new copper piping. They were super professional and nice, extremely understanding of our situation, and most importantly did great work for a more-than-reasonable price. We were looking for a plumber to fix an issue with our hot water heater. We called a local plumbing company prior to calling Merritt Service Co. They wanted to charge us $3,000. Thank the lord we asked some of our neighbors if they knew of a good plumber that wasn’t going to charge us an arm and a leg. We were given Dwight’s information with Merritt Service Co. Mr. Dwight came over on a Sunday to look at the water heater. He only charged us $500 for the fix. We are so lucky to have found his company. Very honest guy which is hard to come by these days. An old water supply pipe was replaced. It was a reasonable price and fast service. The water flow was better than before, and there were no problems. He always answered the phone and responded quickly. Highly recommended to local residents.

We called during the holidays (Dec. 21) to see if they would be available to come detect and repair our leaking toilet. They were very responsive and come right over and fixed our issue. We’ve used them a few times since moving to the area and they’ve been incredible. Super friendly and awesome service. I highly recommend!!
