Merry Maids of Central Denver

I love that this is a woman-owned, woman-run business! My #1 concern when hiring cleaners is TRUST. Do I feel comfortable with these folks in my home...even when I'M not home? With Merry Maids, I do. The two women who do the actual cleaning are prompt and professional. They clean my 3br/3ba home efficiently and quickly. I never feel uncomfortable leaving them a key. I joined the once-a-month package and find it extremely reasonable for Denver! (I think their every-other-week package offers even more savings.) If you're like me---someone whose first concern is trust---you will feel comfortable with Merry Maids in your sanctuary called home.

I’m giving one star strictly for customer service. I’m sure their cleaners may do fine, but the man I spoke to was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He interrupted me repeatedly, treated me like I was stupid for booking through Groupon, and ultimately refused to do the job. While they have the right to decline appointments, I wasn’t asking for anything outrageous — just a basic 4-hour move-out clean (oven, fridge, and bathroom only) which is more than reasonable. Suggestion: Advertise on Groupon that you don’t do move out cleans for those Groupon rates, don’t advertise on Groupon, or simply advertise correctly. Don't get mad at people for booking a 4 hour clean when it was labeled as a “detailed clean for larger homes”, which mine certainly is not. If this is what 30 ye

This brand is wonderful for thorough cleaning got stains out of my carpet that have been there for years and made my bed room smell nice and clean the employees are nice easy to work with
