Merry Maids of Locust Grove

I have a sister who is a disabled veteran and also has an autoimmune disease and is currently in the hospital. I wanted to make sure we deep cleaned her house before she was released so this is something she did not have to do and also make sure that everything was disinfected before she got home. I called Merry Maids Honestly, just because of the name, Amber was very professional and quoted me a great price for a deep clean and the service was done super-fast but that’s where All the Good service-stops. The team which consisted of two ladies one named Tara The other young lady, I cannot remember her nam was in my sister‘s home for at least five hours and did what I would not even call a half job, Floors were not swept windows seals were half done dusting was not done dirty cleaning towe

The first time they came out, they did an excellent job! I ordered a full deep cleaning, as my house had to get in order. By the time they were done, my house transformed before my eyes! The lady that came was very nice and asked questions about what to clean and how to place things before completing the task. I really appreciated that, which shows attention to detail. I had them come again recently, and all the fuzzys went away. A different lady came, and the house was still cleaned well, but they ended up cracking a shelf in the fridge in half. I called them about the accident and said they would replace the shelf. I haven't heard any updates regarding this since, which makes me feel a bit uneasy. I would definitely use them if your house is in need of a deep clean or spot cleaning. Howe

As a disabled veteran I have major limitations in bending, standing for long periods of time and back issues and so I needed assistance with helping to keep my house cleaned the way I like. I contacted Merry Maids several months ago and just about every time they've shown up they leave the house above expectations. We recently had one of their cleaning technicians to come and clean and she is the absolute best at her job! Her attention to detail and dedication to her craft is off the charts! Her name is Jessica and when I tell you she's thorough and locked in, I'm not kidding! Truly appreciate their service and commitment.

I'm very pleased with the Professionalism, Quality of work, Attention to detail given the Deep Cleaning of my home.
