I was stressed today when I learned a different company I had booked/confirmed twice for a move-out cleaning had dropped the ball in remembering to put me on the calendar. With less than 24 hours until closing, I wasn't sure what to do. I turned to Google reviews and learned about Merry Maids. I'm so glad I did and wished I had tried them first! Within minutes, they were able to find a crew, send me an invoice, and confirm a start time for the work. A team of two arrived soon after and were diligently making the house look good as new. I used merry maids for my apartment move-out ten years ago. When I was looking for somebody to do my service for me, they were my first thought! Just finished my first service and I am so happy with the great job they did! I’m giddy with excitement!!! Over a clean apartment!!! It’s ridiculous!! Definitely happy that I chose them again and that i have them coming for regular service! I’ll never go back to mopping floors again!! Woo hoo! The prompt and efficient service and Ashley, whom I only had to tell to do something one time and it was her first time and she did it well —actually impressed me the most. The office staff has been very good to follow up and to make sure that I was happy with everything. Thank you, Merry Maids.
