Merry Maids of St. Joseph

NEVER will use Merry Maids again. I paid $395 for a deep clean of an empty house. My house is just as dirty after the service than it was before. They closed the door to the bathroom and didn’t clean it at all. All the lights still have dust, there is still build up on the trim, and the list goes on. After complaining they said they would send someone to come back and never did. They finally refunded me $100 dollars but the service was still not worth $295.

We have had a great experience! Echo and her team are always wonderful. I trust her to do an amazing job!

Echo and Chelsey did amazing! I am elated at the work they did in our home. So many nooks, crannies, corners, vents, and doors that needed so much attention! They got right to it and left the place spotless. I am very pleased with the service! Will be using them in the future :)

We hired Merry Maids to clean our house to prepare it for sale. Total cost do the cleaning was $350. Needless to say, we noticed no difference between the cleanliness of our house before and after the cleaning. I was told over the phone that our house would be cleaned top to bottom to prepare for the sale of our house. This would include baseboards, fan blades, dusting etc. as you can see from the pictures none of these tasks were performed. We were very thankful for merry maids for working with our schedule to get us in on time, but if we knew the level of service would be so low ( or nonexistent in most cases) we would’ve avoided the service. Our house isn’t any more ready for sale than it was prior to the cleaning Please see attached pictures. We will be requesting a full refund.

As soon as they arrived and I opened the door for him they went right to work, did a great job, both very pleasant ladies. And my cat Larry liked them so that's a big plus.
