We have had excellent service with Mertens for the past 30 years. They are all so very knowledgeable, friendly and fantastic to deal with. We have had most every service completed by them from new install HVAC, whole house humidifier, maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend them. They are like family to me now.

We’ve used MERTENS for as long as we’ve been in this house (20+ Years) for installation, maintenance and today, repair. When I noticed the AC wasn’t cooling they came out within an hour. Tim had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hour. This is the caliber of service we’ve come to expect from MERTENS and why MERTENS is our go-to HVAC firm.

They fixed the problem and the service was good but it was pretty expensive. Over $300 for a simple fix.
