I have a Fisher Paykel Elba washing machine. Once the water level loads and starts to spin the machine has a whining screeching sound. If I shut it off and restart it seems to be fine and the wash completes. That is until I called this company and asked for a service tech to look at it. He showed up with another tech. We started yhe washer and the sequel happened. They took off the back exposing thee mother board etc. They spent close to an hour running many loads through the machine. Never saw them hook up a diagnostic machine to get a fault code of any sort. In our conversation they never mentioned any fault code.
