Neighbors are already saying how nice the new style looks. Mid-century modern. I would like to leave a 4.75 star rating but they don't have it. Everything was smooth and fast. Mesa rep. Sam C. was knowledgeable and experienced garage door professional. After 20 + years with the company he knew his stuff. Installation crew was fast and efficient. I wish they had caulked around the white weather stripping to hide the brown paint line from they old weatherstripping. That would have earned them five stars. And we love the door. It is so much quieter going up and down. The part the sold the job was when I said I wanted a whole door and opener, Sam said my existing opener was fine. It was what they would have installed. So no use fixing the wheel that isn't broken. Tommy H.
Mesa Garage Doors was timely, responsive, and exceeded the set timelines they had for us. Installation was very easy and the quality is great. We almost went with Home Depot or Lowe’s, but Mesa‘s prices were even better and the door was ready sooner than if we would have ordered from either of those large companies. Would highly recommend
I am reposting this review since it appears Mesa Garage Doors has removed my posting from their website. I had over 100 views. Our court date is scheduled for March 18, 2026 and Mesa Garage Doors has made no attempts to reimburse me for defected installed garage doors. I've waited over three years for Mesa Garage Door to manufacture and install garage doors free of defects. During that time, more than 12 replacement doors were installed, all of which had visible defects including missing paint, dents, scratches, and heavy paint globs. (see attached photos) Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues, Mesa Garage Door’s customer service—specifically Dios Hernandez and Marcus Guerrero—stopped responding to my emails and phone calls when I informed them they were leaving no other op
Update FEB 22, 2026: NO RESPONSE FROM MESA. Update: JAN 23, 2026. My father called you all week long and MESA keeps sending him to voice mail. Has anyone checked MESA GARAGE DOORS on YELP? Do you, Sam, ever check your voicemail? *** We spent $12,500 for a defective garage door and what is the best response we can get from MESA GARAGE DOORS?? The infamous "the other way around customer service approach", an old shameful trick designed to tire a customer out with legitimate complains betting that eventually your customer will just quit it. Well....it won't work this time. Let me tell you how this story began. My elderly parents got a quote and contracted MESA to replace and to install new garage doors. Sooner we started noticing that the door wood installed was defective. We called MESA an
First, the good. Roberto came out to install a larger seal on the bottom of the new garage doors because the garage door installers left a gap between the garage door and the garage floor. Roberto was knowledgeable and friendly. I rate Roberto a 5, excellent. Second, the bad. The installers did not show up for the first installation appointment. After the arrival window passed I called Mesa and was told the installer had car trouble. I understand things happen, but I would have expected Mesa would have reached out to me to let me know and to reschedule. When the garage doors were installed there was a gap between the garage door and the garage floor. I called Mesa and they charged me $125 extra to install a larger seal to close the gap. There was not a gap in the old garage doors that wer
