I highly recommend Mesa Restoration, owned by Naomi and Felipe Soto. They handled the remediation work on my mother’s home after it suffered fire damage, and we were extremely impressed with their work. Felipe and his crew were diligent, professional, and clearly committed to doing the job the right way. Just as important, their communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept us informed, answered questions promptly, and made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. We were fortunate that another contractor referred us to Mesa Restoration, and I’m very grateful they did. If you need a trustworthy restoration company, Mesa Restoration is an outstanding choice.

Mesa Restoration dealt with our mold and emergency flooding with immediacy, empathy, and diligence. Fillipe was continually working at our house to mitigate our crawl-space flooding. His integrity if doing what he said he'd do for us was a refreshing change to some other businesses that were not very strong on follow-through. I can't recommend MR enough!! They came quick to make things worse for me. They left their fans on for days and pulled up floor damaged from pipes bursting but they sent an environmentalist to test the wrong bathroom. Mesa Restoration left the bathroom with asbestos completely exposed and did not cover the flooring they pulled up. Took like 20-30 minutes to pull up a floor that's not attached, pulled off a little of the baseboard...damaging my walls with their crowbar. So for 3 months, I lived in a hotel but in my home everyday to clean and not knowing I'm stepping on the asbestos bathroom because they said it was the other bathroom. I'm having serious health problems with breathing, asthma, sick, ect. As soon as all is done I already have a lawyer but you better believe who I'm going after next! Their billing was ridi

Naomi and Felipe made a nightmare situation bearable for us. They coordinated everything, worked with our insurance and went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend. They are all knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

We had a slow leak in our bathroom that we didn’t know about until a mold test revealed a problem. I got estimates from three companies and felt that we would get the best remediation from Mesa Restoration. They got their estimate to us quickly and got us scheduled for remediation within a couple weeks. Everyone was very friendly and they were great at working around our schedules, when needed. We are very happy with all the work they did for us.
