Metal garage Inc is a phenomenal company. Everybody there is very professional, helpful, and caring. We had our garage installed. Everything is off top quality material and the installers were excellent. I would recommend anybody looking for a beautiful metal garage to buy from them. My husband and I visited Metal Garage Inc. In Greenwood, SC as we were shopping for a metal building. The nice person at the front showed us the different types of buildings and drew out a diagram based on our preferences. She explained the next steps. A staff from the company would contact us about concrete. After continuing to try to get return calls, we stopped by the business again to inquire about when someone would come to our property to complete the estimate process. We were ensured we would get a call by the following Tuesday. That was 3 months ago. Metal Garage, Inc. has yet to return our call. We went with a different company which was more responsive and timely.

Fast, professional very knowledgeable . Told me it would take 2 weeks but called me in 5 days and started in only 7. I highly recommend these great people from the girls in the office to the great installers

I’ve used Metal Garage twice now and they are great to work with. The ladies in the office are quick to draw up a quote and lead times are usually better than competitors. I had a bad experience recently with another company out of Dobson, NC and thankfully, Metal Garage offered another, drama-free experience. They also bend their own materials on site in Greenwood as opposed to outsourcing, which is great. The installation guys are quick and professional and we’re there to make sure my carport was how I wanted it. Thanks Metal Garage!

I really tried to give these guys the opportunity to correct a bad install, but the basic principle of business, 'to do the right thing for your customer' seems to be non existent for them. I had them extend a building for me a month ago. Two days after install when it rained, leaks profusely from the seams where the extension starts. I called for 3 weeks, just asking them to do the right thing and send someone out to seal it. First I got, we don't warranty extensions....but no one mentioned that before. The installer even guaranteed that there would be no leaks from their work. They have a 30 days leak warranty clearly written on their invoice......I guess its as useless as the paper its printed on. Second time, I was told that it was cost again to send someone out....say what ? That was
