Alex from Hero did a great job repairing our furnace after we woke up to a 61-degree house. He explained everything clearly, gave us multiple options, and was very personable. He took time to get to know us and even enjoyed our dog. Great experience highly recommend!

Jeff Super was amazing to work with. He took the time to educate us and address all concerns. After he left, some areas he had not worked on but were installed by another leaked. Jeff took it upon himself to address these problems until all concerns were taken care of. I cannot recommend Jeff enough. He is easy to work with, personable, and not afraid to take the time to explain. He also pointed out other items that may need addressed in the future without making a sales pitch. I always felt the ball was in my court. He was only there to inform. I'd be happy to work with Jeff and Hero again on future projects.

Bill is a great guy great personality. Hard working gentleman. The team came in and did the work Bill and I talked about and everything is currently going great. Bill came back today and installed the plug that needed to be replaced along with putting up new fixtures we were waiting on. I’m satisfied with work and thank everyone for updating everything God bless protect and prosper you all.

Our 20+ year old water heater went out and left us without hot water for some time. We purchased a tankless water heater as well as a new water softener, and Brandon was very knowledgeable and thorough with any questions we had about the equipment. He worked throughout the night to get everything installed correctly and to make sure that we had hot water by that night. I would highly recommend this company and will do business with them in the future.

Second time using Hero. The guys (Sawyer and Caleb) were excellent and informative. Pricing is insane but the service was notable! $1700 for a $400 part and one hour service for something we could have repaired ourselves but we aren’t allowed to buy the part. Anyways it’s cold and we needed heat. We have heat and they were fast and personable. Love that! Thank you!
