MN Pavers

We bought a house in August that had a 0 grade toward our foundation. In common tongue, that means that the yard was higher than the foundation and after we moved in, we had some serious water issues in the garage. So, the primary concern was creating a swale, but MN Pavers took it up a notch and did multiple things to move water away from the foundation. They reinforced the foundation inside the garage, dug down to the base of the foundation, cleaned the foundation, repaired cinderblocks and added a membrane to the exterior of the cinderblocks. After that they placed a heavy, heavy duty landscape fabric against the foundation. They added a drainage pipe with gravel and back filled and then they artfully arranged a brand new dry creek bed to allow water from the gutter on the the mos

My wife and I wanted to add a patio to our backyard large enough to eventually put a gazebo on it. MN Pavers did an incredible job on the project and we would highly recommend. They have extensive knowledge in the patio business, but also helped us redo our irrigation lines to water around the patio. All the people we worked with were friendly and knowledgeable. Jess and Team with MN Pavers are exceptional! Easy to work with, patient (with an open ear to listen to customer's requests), provides great suggestions, respectful, talented, quality materials, and great workmanship! The Team definitely goes over-and-above! At the completion of the job they washed/cleaned the new retaining area they built, cleaned the existing patio adjacent to their project, overseeded their work area when the job was finished (even though they already put plywood down to protect the lawn)...and even brought along their own port-a-potty😄 We are beyond satisfied and highly-highly recommend MN Pavers!
