Metro-Aire

We've been customers of Metro-Aire for over 20 years and the service is always excellent. The technicians who regularly service our home (Kenneth and Brendan) are knowledgeable and also very friendly guys. They are currently in the process of changing our thermostats (which is somewhat complicated due to the wiring in our home) and they have been very helpful.

I want to thank Kenneth and Jenci from Metro Aire Heating/Cooling for the fantastic job they dud at my home. They were not only professional knowledgeable but also so friendly and pleasant to work with. They took their time to explain everything, worked efficiently and made sure the job was done right before the left. It’s refreshing to meet people who truly care about their work and their customer. Anthony is the best technician I’ve ever had. He’s also courteous, honest and seems to know more than the other technicians I’ve used totaling 35 years. This is the first time I’ve used Metro- Aire. I will be telling all my friends I’m very impressed.

We’ve used Metro-Aire at our original house and then again after we moved and realized we were still in their service area. They do a great job with very fair prices, especially for Westchester. All of the technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. We recently had Russell do our annual heating system inspection and he was great.

Shout out to Brandon and jenci ! They came to our house promptly and were very knowledgeable, professional and fixed our issue quickly! Although we miss John looks like metro aire is in still very reliable. Thanks again for a job well done. Dan Doernberg
