We recently worked with Whitaker Garage, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Cassara in the main office was fantastic. She clearly explained every option, walked us through textures, colors, and design choices, and helped us pick the perfect garage door for our home. Her guidance made the entire process easy and stress-free. Our old garage had a single-stall garage door, which they removed. The new addition had a 16x8 opening that was temporarily boarded up with wood. Whitaker Garage removed all of that wood at no extra charge and then installed our brand new 16x8 garage door with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Gorgeous craftsmanship on our mahogany carriage and overhead garage doors. Casarra was accommodating throughout the process when we had delays outside of their control. Big giant kudos to all the makers and installers that were involved. They really took pride in their work. We had a couple issues with details that were missed in the contract and in ordering hardware. The owners addressed them immediately after we pointed them out. It can be stressful when this happens, especially given the research, time, and cost of a custom project. Ultimately, we were happy with their service and the final product. We’ve already received lots of compliments and inquiries on who made them!

We went from opening our door manually to now just pressing a button thanks to Jonathan and Cassara at Whitaker doors. They installed the motor quickly and we are just in awe of how great they work.
