Must have a elementary education or theytoo lazy to look up bill we have been with them for over 40 until now the uneducated don't know how to use the computer never had just problem with the other lady she was nice she smile at you all the time.. now y'all need to hire somebody with a little bit of education it don't take much but it's more than what they got
