I had no problem getting someone to answer my emails when they wanted to make a sale and get my payment information. But when it came to getting the material delivered, I've emailed them 3 times asking about the delivery schedule. Rusty (the salesman) is always out to lunch and apparently that's who needs to tell me what day my brick will be delivered. Makes it hard to schedule contractors when the company you spend your money with can't give a decent date of when material will be delivered- especially when they said they had the material in stock already.

Bad person at the front desk. I have gone many times and have always had to wait outside because the girl at the front I’m assuming is late from lunch. And still sit there talking to each other before even greeting or asking what I can be helped with.

Pathetic customer service, MIA for 3 weeks. Popped up last minute on a Friday, wanted a CC for the material, requested check. He agreed, text me at 7:35 said, truck will be there by 8. Wasn’t going to be able to get there til 8:30, when agreed to meet at 9. Richard become very cocky, unprofessional and unethical. Won’t use them, he can now unload a 3500$ load back at his shop. He isn’t the only store in town and won’t do business with a individual who doesn’t handle business. I own 3 companies, I work around my clients schedule daily, he couldn’t wait 30 min when he gave me a 30 min heads up and the store was an hour away. Pathetic

Despite me showing up in my girlfriend’s fiat, knowing almost nothing about masonry, they were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have a pretty great variety of stone and bricks as well. Will be glad to come back in the future with more knowledge and a bigger vehicle.

Richard has been my sales guy for years. He has taught me so much through the years as a GC. Showroom is outstanding and great to send clients too.
