We were able to get an estimate very quickly, and the price we were given was extremely competitive—honestly cheaper than anyone else around. The installation service was exceptional: seamless, fast, and completely problem-free, with everything going exactly as planned. Hassan was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the installation process, making sure everything was done right and answering any questions we had. I have been a customer of metro carpet and floors before they added customers to their computer system. I will say they are very affordable and the wait to have the install is minimal. They have a great crew of installers and they always did excellent work for me and if something was wrong they would definitely make it right. I love the fact they care about what the customer wants and they help you through the process. I absolutely recommend them for all your carpet flooring and cabinetry or whatever you need they can accommodate. Hands down they are the best around. Thanks Metro carpet and flooring.

Originally visited the Dearborn Heights location and they had a large selection of carpets. We were looking for a different print and were directed to their Orchard Lake location. Worked with Dominic and he was great to work with. Found the carpet we want and they installed it next day! World class customer service by the owner Jad and Dominic. Highly recommended for all your flooring needs

Their service was amazing before and after the sale, and they really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend them and would definitely choose them again.

Vito Lesnock is a great customer service representative for this company, and the flooring installers are top-notch!. Vito was very patient with me, answered my questions, and wasn't pushy about making the sale! The installation crew did a beautiful job, and they mopped the entire hallway in the office building, not just the office where they did the installation! It brought a tear to my eye to see how competent and thoughtful this crew is (I've been through a lot of bad contractors).
