We called the company on a Saturday and automatically went straight to someone’s personal phone number and when this person did not answer he decided to text to say “I’m busy at the moment please text me”. So we did. NEVER heard from this dude again. I understand people being busy and given your company closes early afternoon on a Saturday probably means that you have your schedule full. FINE. BUT the underlying issue is this, you have plenty of time to text that you’re busy and when you see the detail of the message with pictures sent, you don’t even bother to say hey I don’t have time today I will give you a call back on Monday. Nothing at all. That’s just horrible customer service. Man y’all gotta do better, but don’t worry we won’t be bothering you again.
