Our experience could not have been any better than what Austin, John. Brian, Malik and Aaman provided. From the initial diagnosis by Austin of our A/C compressor going out to the quote for new A/C and furnace by John to the installation by the remaining three guys was very professional and timely. The cost was much less than other companies had quoted us and we got better equipment. If you need HVAC work, I highly recommend calling Metro Air. You won't be disappointed.

Metro Heating & Air Conditioning is amazing! After our furnace died right in the midst of a very cold evening, they were able to install our new furance the very next day at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. Not only were they very professional and worked around our schedule, but they were $3,000-$4,000 cheaper than what two of the "big guys" wanted to charge us and we got a much higher quality furnace than what the others were going to install. Look no further for an HVAC company!

It was such a pleasure to work with them to resolve a thermostat problem that was the result of bad service from a different company in Nov 2023. HIGHLY recommend Metro and these 2 individuals.5 stars!

Amazing service and awesome work. Steve was super helpful, honest and knowledgeable multiple times repairing our furnace and ac unit and easily transferred us to John when it was time to look for a new system. John really helped explain our options and gave us fair, reasonable pricing for a quality job. Time was a factor and even in a supply crunch they were able to deliver us a new furnace and ac unit within 3 days. Brian and Malik were extremely professional and provided superb work upon installation, even going so far as to move our unit 50 ft and repair additional duct work free of charge. We even got a complimentary set of beautiful mugs! Cant say enough good things about Metro and would easily refer them to friends and family.

Didn't receive services but here they are parked in the only handicapped spot at the nationwide children's close to home in n Clintonville... You know where kids with handicaps go to receive treatment/therapy.
